🔁 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
Note: We do not accept returns for size-related issues for wholesale orders. Please double-check the size chart or confirm with our team before placing bulk orders.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the product.
- Notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable on clearance or discounted items unless damaged or defective.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the case of:
- Wrong size sent (not selected by the customer)
- Defective or damaged product
To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
🚚 Return Shipping
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable).
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product back. In such cases, we will reimburse the shipping charges (with proof of receipt).
